Hello Greetery friends! It’s Laurie Willison here!
I was inspired by the Rolling Hills: Bella Terra Additions in the latest release. I just love the landscape with the adorable blooms on those rolling hills. I also reached WAY back to some old favorites, Christmas Care-A-Van Stamp set and Die and Let’s Have a Word: Beautiful Die. The combo makes for a fun summery card!

To get started, I stenciled out the Rolling Hills Stencils. They are so easy to layer up and add in a couple different greens to create depth. Next up, I stamped and die cut the Bella Terra Additions blooms in coordinated greens and pinks. The van was a fun little detail I wanted to add in to give the road trip vibe! To balance out the colors and give a little contrast, I added the sentiment in black cardstock. After the card front was complete, I added it to a white cardbase which mats the front panel.

I am so glad you stopped by today and I hope you enjoyed today’s project! If you are inspired to create a clean and simple card, please tag me when you share over on Instagram! I love to see all your creations!

What a fun and pretty card – I love it!
LOVE THIS, Laurie!! Beautiful and bright!
I love it! The colors are fab, too!
[…] Laurie combined layering stamps and layering stencils for her lovely card. The green rolling hills were stenciled, the flowers stenciled in pink and green and then die cut and the fabulous pink van was stamped. She also added a black die cut sentiment that really pops. She breaks it all down at The Greetery blog. […]
