I feel Autumn peeking around the corner here in the desert and in my craft room. I pulled out my Autumn Herbarium stencils and embossing folder and created a soft, pastel background with lots of texture. I added colors of pink, aqua, and beige to each leaf.

My next step was to add some scrunched seam binding in a coordinating color of pink. I then added a tag of sorts cut using the Shortbread Shapes: Rectangle Labels Die. I cut it from Aqua cardstock and added a white cardstock center.
To finish, I cut and ink-blended a beautiful swirl of flowers using the Rosemal Reflections Details Die. I added a sentiment created with a delicate font from the Capsule Cameos: Autumn Stamp Set and coordinating die.

Every season whether it’s the early stage or later stage is so fun to celebrate and create for.
Happy creating!

Melissa, your card is so beautiful. Love the soft colours you used. Amazing work as always!
So unique! Beautifully done!
Lovely card Melissa! We’re having cooler temps this morning (62) here in Charlotte so I can definitely appreciate your sweet sentiments. Your soft colors are unexpected & so pretty!
That is a beautiful combination. Makes me rethink how to use my dies and embossing folders.
Absolutely beautiful! I love the beautiful, non-traditional colors that you used. I like how you paired the fall leaves with the floral. So pretty! I too am ready for fall and I am beginning to work on my fall-themed cardsd. Thank you for the this wonderful inspiration to get me started in the new season ahead!
You’ve created another lovely masterpiece! I love that your card doesn’t scream autumn though you used products that were created for that season. Instead, your color palette says “we’re easing into autumn.” Your color choices are always beautiful and your cards exquisite. Thank you for sharing!
Melissa, another awesome and most gorgeous card. Thank you.
Always such lovely cards Melissa!
SOOOOOOOO lovely!
Lovely color pallet on this beautiful card, Melissa!
