Hello Greetery friends! It’s Laurie Willison here!
I have an easy card to share today that could work for a few different occasions. A new baby, a friend, or to anyone just to say hey! I used a cutie little set called Baby Face: Sweet Pea and the coordinating stamp set.

To start out, I die cut one of the A2 Arches Dies in a soft creamy cardstock. Using the Shortbread Shapes: Rectangle Labels Dies, I die cut a chunk out of the Arched panel for a unique place to add the sentiment. To give a little texture, I ran the panel through my die cut machine using the Aida Cloth Texture Plate. I attached this panel to a white card base with fun foam for some dimension.
Using a couple different green cardstocks, I die cut the little sweet pea pod. I added a little alcohol marker for some shading and coloring on the blooms. I attached the pea pod with little foam circle adhesive on the card front. To finish off the card, I added the sentiment in the die cut space and added a little pop of color with a ribbon loop.

You know I love clean and simple with lots of white space but I always love to share a few tips for adding in more detail or in this case changing up the card details:
- Instead of using a texture place, add in more detail with one of The Greetery’s background stamps.
- Add in extra layers with different shaped panels.
- Use some clear dew drops to add in some extra shine!
I am so glad you stopped by today and I hope you enjoyed today’s project! If you are inspired to create a clean and simple card, please tag me when you share over on Instagram! I love to see all your creations!
