Our neighbors left the most lovely box of homemade Christmas cookies on our doorstep on Christmas Eve. I was so blown away by the presentation, and every cookie was delicious. Of course, I wanted to make a really special Thank You card for thinking of us. This is what I put together.

I started first with Hug In A Mug Sweet Treats die. I die-cut them from white cardstock, and inked them with Distress Oxide Inks. For the cookie tops and bottoms, I used Vintage Photo and Tea Dye. For the insides, I used Abandoned Coral, Aged Patina, and Crushed Pistachio. I glued the insides to the bottom cookie, and added a small layer of Nuvo Crystal Glaze. I let the glaze dry for about 10 min. and then added the cookie tops. I used the point on my reverse tweezers to gently push the tops onto the glaze. I poured Clear Rock Candy glitter over the cookies, and let the glaze dry. Once dry, I brushed the excess glitter off each cookie.

To showcase the cookies, I die-cut three windows from a slimline card panel, using the small Window Dressing Dotted Scallops Die. I also inked the window areas on a slimline card base, and splattered a little bit of white paint over the inked areas. I added the window panel with foam adhesive, and glued on the cookies.
I kept the inside of the card clean and simple. I stamped Thank You from Just My Type Stamp Set, using Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink. I wrote a quick thank you note on a piece of paper, and placed it inside the card. I like to keep special cards like this unsigned, that way the recipient can use it if they would like.

I made a quick envelope out of a sheet of 12×12 pattern paper, and topped the envelope with this adorable tag I made last year. I used Simply Bold For You Hot Foil for the sentiment, and die-cut the tag with the large Crimped Circle Tag, I topped the tag with a Big Beautiful Bow.

I love how fun this tag is on top of the envelope. It was a last minute thought, and it really helped make the presentation shine.
That’s all that I have for now. Thanks for hanging out with me!
