Time for Gratitude Stamp + Stencil and coordinating die
The Time for Gratitude set is designed to coordinate with our previously released Hourglass Frame and Hourglass Insert dies. This pretty sentiment, surrounded by floral details, is perfect for expressing gratitude in a unique way. The sentiment and surrounding floral design is accomplished through a combination of stamps plus a single stencil for the flowers.

Thankful Heart Stamp + Stencil and coordinating die
The Thankful Heart stamp set is filled with sentiments of gratitude as well as several autumn icons. Many of the images contained in this set are similar to those in the StencilScapes Autumn stencil, making them perfect for layering over your stenciled design for added interest and dimension (when combined with the matching Thankful Heart die). The sentiments from this set are designed to fit in the opening of the StencilScapes Autumn scene. The Thankful Heart set also includes a single stencil which will allow you to easily add color to open letters in the sentiments.

Angelica is joining us again today with another great video showcasing the Rolling Hills die and stencils along with the Countryside die to create this adorable project…
Ready to see these products in action with some projects? Up first I have a few cards using the new Time for Gratitude set. I pulled out my Hourglass Frame and Hourglass Insert dies to create these shaped cards. For this first one, I cut the larger of the two Hourglass Insert dies on the fold to create my shaped base. I diecut that pretty sentiment with the new Time for Gratitude die and stamped/stenciled the sentiments and flowers in soft shades of browns, oranges, and pinks.
There are stamps in the set for filling the interior of the words “there’s” and “time”, which I stamped with pink ink, sponging the ink onto my stamp with a sponge dauber to get a soft ombre look. I also diecut the Hourglass Frame, inked and splattered it up, and attached it to my shaped hourglass card base. I clustered some pumpkins and gourds from the new Thankful Heart set along the bottom, as well as some of the individual flower clusters that are included in the Time for Gratitude set. I love watching this sentiment come together with all of the pretty details!
My next card is an hourglass-shaped shaker. I did a video tutorial for a couple of different style shakers back when the Hourglass elements were first introduced, which you can find HERE. I filled my shaker with gold glitter. The base for my shaker was once again done by using the larger Hourglass Insert die from the set and cutting on the fold to create a shaped base for my shaker element. The depth of the shaker was created by layering several layers of cardstock which were cut using both of the Hourglass Insert dies, creating a frame. I stacked up four or five of them to give my shaker a nice amount of depth for the glitter to move freely.
I also diecut the Hourglass Frame to add to my shaped card. I used two layers glued together to give it a little more stability. I inked it up to look like aged patina using Oxide inks in Aged Patina and Rusty Hinge.
Next up I have a couple of cards using the new StencilScapes Autumn stencil set. This scene is so fun to stencil, watching it come together step by step! For this first one I used brighter colors and stenciled onto a white card base. I added a bit of colored pencil shading and white pen details to my design as well. The sentiment is from the new Thankful Heart set – the sentiments from that set all nestle perfectly in the open space of the scene.
Up next is basically the same card, once again using the StencilScapes Autumn stencils, but this time I wanted to create something more rustic, so I started with a darker cardstock base. This was some cardstock I had in my stash – it’s not quite kraft…close, but a little more grey. I chose more subdued ink colors and once again added some colored pencil shading and details with a white pen. Again the sentiment is from Thankful Heart, this time I diecut the sentiment using the coordinating die and popped it up for just a little extra dimension.
Speaking of the Thankful Heart set, this set has lots of great sentiments as well as several fall icons…an apple basket, corn stalks, pumpkins, and more – the same elements in the StencilScapes Autumn scene, which allows you to add them to your scene if desired, for more dimension. You’ll notice as you hop around to the blogs that several of our Inspiration Team members did this. The icons in the Thankful Heart set are also great to use on their own, which is what I did here for this next card.
I started with an arch cut with our A2 Arches die and used a smaller arch diecut to create a mask so I could add some ink blending behind my stack of fall goodies, which are all from the Thankful Heart set. Across the top I stamped a sentiment, also from Thankful Heart. For a final finishing touch, I used the largest arch die from the A2 Arches set and used it to emboss a frame around my scene. Just a fun and simple card, perfect for this time of year!
Next I have several Rolling Hills projects to share with you! This first one keeps it simple and used just the Rolling Hills stencil. I stenciled the hill scene onto an A2 panel of cardstock using all of the steps, including the optional trees. I also sponged some blue ink onto the sky to create clouds.
Once I finished with the stenciling, I used one of the A2 Arches dies to cut an arch from the center of my panel. I used the arch that is one step larger than the arch that coordinates with our Arched Sentiments stamp set. I also wanted to cut a dark inner frame, so I took the next step smaller arch and cut it from a really dark green cardstock, and adhered it behind my Rolling Hills panel using foam tape. For the inside of the arch, I backed it with a piece of vellum stamped with the arched thank you sentiment from the Arched Sentiments set and heat embossed it with gold. Behind the vellum I layered the piece that was left from cutting the arch from my stenciled panel and layered it behind so the hills would show through the vellum. I love how that turned out! I topped everything off with the diecut “thank you” sentiment from the Arched Sentiments set.
Next up I used the Rolling Hills die combined with the Rolling Hills stencil. The die cuts crop line details which coordinate with the stripes in the Rolling Hills stencil, allowing you to give your diecut lots of interesting color. I stenciled my hills with a rainbow of autumn colors.
In the hills, I tucked several of the little buildings cut with the new Countryside die. I also added several leaves which were stamped with the Autumn Bliss set. I tucked the leaves into the hills that corresponded to their color, keeping with the rainbow color scheme of my hills. A sentiment as well as a small pumpkin and flower cluster from the Thankful Heart set finish off this card.
Up next I once again diecut and stenciled a Rolling Hills panel. I used neutral tones this time to do my stenciling. This time I took several of the icons from the Thankful Heart set and nestled them in my hills…corn stalks, pumpkins, an apple basket and more.
I finished it off with a sentiment which is from a previously released set. The “autumn” was diecut with our Let’s Have a Word: Autumn die, and the remainder of the sentiment was stamped with the Fall Foliage set.
For my last card today I went off the beaten fall path and whipped up something bright and cotton candy-like! I diecut and stenciled the Rolling Hills with bright colors and used it to create a vertical card this time. I diecut an arch from my Rolling Hills panel as well as my card front. Tip: adhere the Rolling Hills diecut to a piece of copy paper if you want to trim or diecut it like I did here. This will help keep all of the pieces together.
Inside the arch I built a sweet scene using the Countryside dies. Pink trees? Why not. 🙂 At the base of the arch I added a cluster of tiny flowers – the diecut ones are from the BotaniCuts Wildflower Mix die, and the stamped ones were done with the Time for Gratitude set. The sentiment here is again from the Thankful Heart set.
