Please note that while we pride ourselves on having some of the best customer service around and love helping you get your order just right, we have a few policy changes that will be in effect during sale periods in order to maximize efficiency and get everyone’s orders out as quickly as possible.
- Please check your cart closely before placing your order, including items and their quantities. We will not be editing, combining, or cancelling orders.
- If you forget an item, a separate order will need to be placed. We will not be able to combine with a previously placed order.
- If you order an item unintentionally, you will need to follow the steps of our return policy to return the item.
- Also note that items in your cart are not held, and are not secured until the checkout process is complete. If an item goes out of stock while in your cart, you’ll need to remove the item before you can proceed to checkout.
During non-sale times we are happy to accommodate changes and order edits whenever possible!
