Good morning and happy new week! It’s going to be a fun week…we will be showcasing our newest collection, we’ll be eating lots of yummy food a little later in the week, and the holiday season officially kicks off this weekend!

Let’s start the week with the second sneak peek of our Winter Wanderer collection…

Today’s peek features some innovative new dies, “wonderful” new sentiments, and a bold new floral!

Merry Makings Sneak Peek #3

Happy Monday! Welcome to the start of an exciting week here at The Greetery! Christmas crafting is my favorite, and I can’t wait to share all of the details and projects using our new holiday collection – Merry Makings.

We’ll be starting the full reveals tomorrow, but in the meantime, here’s a little peek to tide you over (or make you more anxious?? 😉)

Our final sneak is all about making the holidays sweeter. I love making handmade wraps and treats for the holidays, so today’s products have me a little giddy. It’s all about the fun details…sparkles and sprinkles, and sweet treats for everyone on your list.

All Sneak Peeks TGIF

TGIF – Gingham & Pine with Laurie + Merry Makings Sneak Peek #1

Laurie is here with a festive TGIF to get us in the mood for all of the holiday stuff coming next week! Speaking of which, before we get to Laurie’s project, here’s your first peek at the Merry Makings collection.

We have so much to show you, but this first peek is all about making the holidays beautiful. Filled with florals and natural elements, these are products that I think you’ll reach for over and over…some even after the holidays have passed.

Now that we got that out of our systems, let’s turn it over to Laurie for today’s festive TGIF…

Hello friends, it’s Laurie here with a quick and simple holiday card using the adorable Square Dance Stencils in a unique way. I’ll also be using the Bontanicuts Pine Bough Die and a sentiment from the Tree Trimmings Stamp Set.

To create this card, I grabbed a full sheet of neenah cardstock and blended the Square Dance Stencils in a large area so I could use the pattern vertically instead of at an angle. I love the red background and how perfect it is for Christmas. I cut the patterned piece to leave 1 ¼” along the bottom of the card base. I added the panel to the top of the card with fun foam and then stamped the sentiment along the bottom in a dark brown ink.

Next, I die cut all the pieces to create the Pine Bough and Pine Cones. After adhering them together, I added some fine white paint splatter and a little bit of sparkle with Glimmer Dust.

I used some foam tape to add the bough to the top of the card and then finished it off with a little twine bow and silver bells.

All Sneak Peeks TGIF

Autumn Color Play + Save the Date

Happy TGIF! Fall is officially here and Dawn is joining us today with a pretty autumn color combo. I also have a fun save the date announcement at the bottom of this post that I think a few of you have been waiting on. 😉 First let’s hear from Dawn about her pretty projects!

Hey friends, Dawn here! I’ve been seeing these colors everywhere for Fall, be it in home decor, clothing and more, and the thing about color inspiration is that it can literally be found anywhere! So I busted out this pretty peach and a rust color and paired them together for a couple of thank you cards. Even more fun, is that you can reverse them on all of the elements of your two cards, and get two different but similar looks with literally zero extra effort!

I die cut two of the Square Dance dies for each card, and just reversed which one was on top. SO fun to create different looks this way! And I used the same Sentiment Starters dies on each, again just flip flopping which color I used. The “thanks” is from Sentiment Suite: Thank You, to finish off the sentiment.

Of course we needed some fall florals, so I used images from Budding Beauties: Autumn, again in those same peaches and rusts and just clustered three branches on each card….one with more leaves and one with more berries. SO fun and so simple!

Oh boy, oh boy! I’m so excited about today’s peek – I’m about to burst!

Hip-hip-hooray! The Greetery is turning 1! 😊🎉😊🎉 We’re going to have our cake and eat it, too! 🍰 🎂

We hope you’ll join us tomorrow for the first day of full reveals of our new Confetti Collection! We’ll have tons of projects and of course a few prizes – I can’t wait!

Our new Confetti Collection will be available for purchase in the shop beginning on Friday, May 29 at 10am EST. We’ll also be doing a major restock in time for the new release. We expect to have nearly every single product in our line-up in stock and ready for you to shop at release time! Needless to say, we’ve been very busy in the warehouse this week with everything coming in!
