Ready for some projects? I loved creating with these new goodies!
My first card uses the BotaniCuts Forget-Met-Nots die paired with the Wood Slice Hearts we introduced yesterday. I love the combo! Forget-me-not blue has to be one of my favorited colors.

To color the blossoms, I just sponged a bit of Blueprint Sketch Oxide ink very lightly to get a soft blue, then added some more shading using colored pencils. These blooms are made of up multiple diecuts, but they are easy to assemble and look so pretty and realistic! The sentiment I used here is from our new Lovely Blossoms set and it fits so nicely on the larger Wood Slice Heart. I finished the card by layering my heart and blossoms over a panel of watercolor paper cut with the Crimped Frame die, which was watercolored just a bit with soft blues and purples to match the forget-me-nots. I added a few paint splatters as well for a little extra interest.
My next card again uses the BotaniCuts Forget-Me-Nots. This time I gathered a little cluster of them with the twine wrap die from Fit to Be Tied. I was playing around with a few different coloring methods, so the more pinky-purple blooms were sponged with ink and detailed with colored pencils, while the more blueish blooms were watercolored. It ended up being a pretty mix of colors!

I layered my cluster of blooms over a couple of diecut frames, one cut with the Crimped Frames die, and the other with the Nordic Frames die. The sentiment I used is from Opposites Attract, heat embossed with gold.
My next few projects use the new Lovely Blossoms floral set. This might be my favorite floral from The Greetery to date!

I love the big, bold blooms in this set, plus even though they are multi-step images, they are really easy to stamp. I diecut and stamped a whole pile of blooms and then ended up using most of them on this card – lol! They looked so pretty layered over this dark emerald green background. I finished it off with the “hello” sentiment (that I can’t stop using!) from our Opposites Attract set.
Next I used the Lovely Blossoms set again, but this time instead of using the flower stems/clusters, I used the individual blooms and leaves to build my own bouquet. I used a different-to-me color combo of pinks, purples, and blues. To stamp the blooms, I used Seedless Preserves, Tattered Rose, Victorian Velvet, Speckled Egg, Weathered Wood, and Stormy Sky Oxide inks.

I love the way the smaller blooms look layered over the larger ones! I also tucked in some bits and pieces from the BotaniCuts Forget-Me-Nots to fill out my bouquet. I added some white and gold splatters as well as a strip of gold and white striped paper along the bottom edge. The sentiment is also from the Lovely Blossoms set.
My next card combines Lovely Blossoms with our new Heart Leaf Jumbo Posy Pocket die. Shaped cards are always fun, and the Jumbo Posy Pocket is perfect for creating them – fill it up with blooms and it can be tucked in a regular envelope.
I put together a video showing these dies and how to create this card. It’s really very easy!
These would be cute for nearly any occasion – just change up the sentiment. I also stamped a matching envelope. The Lovely Blossoms set makes beautiful patterned paper! 😊
There are so many different things you can fill these Posy Pockets with! Here I used the new BotaniCuts Forget-Me-Nots die paired with the large eucalyptus branch from our Simple Things set.
I love how soft and delicate the Forget-Me-Nots are! Here I used sentiments from the Sentiment Suite: Thinking of You set to stamp on the outside and inside of my shaped card. This one was put together in the same way as the card in the video above, I just used different flowers and changed up the sentiment.
For this little tag and pocket I used the larger Heart Leaf Posy Pocket from the set of two. This time I colored it by sponging it with a few different shades of green ink, and also added more shading to the vein details using colored pencils. Tucked inside the pocket is a heart tag, cut with the Shapely Hearts die.
My final project for today uses the smallest Heart Leaf Posy Pocket die from the set of two. This is a great size to use on card fronts. You could create little peek-a-boo pockets to open, or tuck little blooms and clusters like I did here.
To fill my little posy pockets, I used leaves stamped with the Lovely Blossoms set, some sprigs from the Boxwood Heart Details die, and the bud cluster from the BotaniCuts Foget-Me-Nots die. I finished it off with an Opposites Attract sentiment.
