Hi friends! It’s Dana here today and I am back with a card that uses the Hoopla Oval die for my inspiration. I have an upcoming wedding shower this month for a dear family friend’s daughter and I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to create a card for the occasion.

I started my card by creating my card panel with the Spring Meadow background stamp. I stamped the panel with a sunny yellow ink and attached it to an A2 card base. Next, I used the Hoopla Oval die set along with the Aida Cloth texture plate to create my embroidery hoop.
I then used the Spring Sprays dies and stencil set to create my floral clusters. I stenciled the leaves with green ink and used the dies along with cardstock for my florals. I attached the floral sprays to the top and bottom of the hoop and then added a few extra floral sprigs that I created with the BotaniCuts Wildflower Mix dies. Lastly, I used the Let’s Have A Word: Love die for my sentiment.

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you enjoyed my card. I will be back soon to share another project with you all.
Enjoy your day,
Dana

I have always liked the sewing & embroidery sets. The hoops are famous & much copied by others!

Beautiful card, Dana. And a perfect way to show off the long awaited spring flowers we’ve all been for. This card will have a special remembrance for many years to come I’m sure.
