Taking it Day by Day with Melissa

The new year is a great time to be gentle with ourselves as we go about making ambitious resolutions.  My resolution looks a little different this year and this card expresses my goal for each day and each moment.  I’ve used the One Fine Day stamps and dies for my thoughtful sentiment.

I’ve selected the gorgeous Mum’s the word stamps, stencils, and dies to create my background followed by a layer of vellum to soften and mute my colors a bit.

The Autumn Crest stencil and die were used to create a space for my sentiment.  To add some added florals, I brought in the Floral Sampler stamps and dies and added them around my sentiment.
