Hi friends! It’s Dana here and I am happy to be back on the blog today to share a couple of Christmas cards that I made. I love pulling out some of my favorite “older” sets this time of year and creating a few “new” things with them. I hope I inspire you to do the same…
I started my first card by using the Peaceful Olive stamp and stencil set to create my card panel. I used a soft mint and green ink for my leaves and then added pink for my berries. I am loving this color combo this year.
Next, I added a few splatters to my panel with some green ink. Once my panel was dry I trimmed it down and attached it to a soft gray card base. Lastly, I used the Opposites Attract Holiday set for my sentiment, along with the matching dies and Script dies.
My next card uses the Mistletoe Arches stencils.
I started my card by using the Mistletoe Arches stencil set to create my card panel. I used stencils 1-3 and the same colors as above for my blending. Once my panel was finished I again used the Opposites Attract Holiday set for my sentiment, cut using the matching die. I just love how quick and easy this card was to create! Perfect for mass-producing!!
Thanks for joining me today and I hope I inspired you to pull out some sets you haven’t used in a while to create some Christmas cards of your own. I can’t wait to see what you create!
Enjoy your day,
Dana
