Inside & Out Tags die, Inside & Out Holiday Tags Stamp, and coordinating stencil
We have a new tag lineup coming to town. Our Inside & Out Tags die features a panel that cuts 8 tags in one go – the outer six tags are all the same shape, and the “inside” or negative of the group of six cuts two tags of a slightly different, but equally pretty shape. The coordinating Inside & Out Holiday Tags stamp is a single stamp that stamps all 8 tags in one impression. There is a mix of Christmas greetings and to/from designs. We also have a coordinating stencil that can be used to add some ink blending to the tags.

Ornamental Tag, Crystal Charms, Crystal Charms Jumbo dies
This pretty Ornamental Tag die is wonderful on its own, or it pairs nicely with the Inside & Out Tag suite introduced above for creating more layered, embellished tags. There is a single small tag shape, a larger tag, sprigs of greenery and a cute bow. The Crystal Charms are available in two sizes – regular and jumbo, and are so fun for stringing together to create strands of diecut “crystals” for use on card fronts, tags, ornaments, and package toppers. Cut them from metallic papers for shimmer and shine! They are also fun for attaching to the bottom of the Ornamental Tag die.

Nordic Birds & Nordic Tree dies
Our Nordic Tree is perfect for package toppers and ornaments. The tree sections slip onto the trunk to create an articulated tree. The Nordic Birds are pretty for package toppers and cards with their pretty folk-inspired details. The Frost Buds die features a graceful branch with frosty crystal details to layer over the base. It pairs nicely with the Nordic Birds, or can be used to embellish packages and more.

Ribbon Maker: Crystal Strand die and Pearl, Gold, and Rose Gold Paper Ribbon Rolls
We’re adding a new die to our Ribbon Maker line, this one featuring pretty snowflakes and crystals strung together. Wonderful for cutting paper ribbons for packages, or it’s sized just right for cards as well! We’re also releasing some new paper rolls in metallic colors – a shimmery Pearl, Gold, and Rose Gold.

Hey Honeycomb Penguin, Snowman, Polar Bear, Honeycomb Holiday Sentiments, and White Honeycomb Balls
We have a few new additions to our Hey Honeycomb series…some winter-themed friends, a Hey Honeycomb Holiday sentiments set, and packs of all white honeycomb balls. Each of these fun friends is sized so that a honeycomb ball can be used on their tummies. Adorable for tags and toppers, not to mention cards with an interactive element!

Crystal Sequin Mix
Click HERE for Crystal Sequin Mix info ($6)
Last but not least, we’re releasing a pretty iridescent and silver sequin mix. Perfect for adding a little sparkle to your projects. I’m loving them for adding details to the Crystal Charms diecuts!
I had too much fun creating with these new goodies – little holiday doo-dads are my absolute favorite thing to create! I love putting together my little wrapping smorgasbord that I can pull goodies from all season long to add to gifts and wraps as needed…little trays and bins of tags and more. Here is a look at lots of goodies I put together using the products from our new Icing collection. We’ll take a closer look at everything in a bit, and then I’ll share some card with you!
The details (clockwise from left):
- Bundles of paper ribbons cut using the new Ribbon Maker: Crystal Strand die and the new Pearl, Gold, and Rose Gold paper rolls
- A package topper made using the Inside & Out Holiday Tags stamp, Ornamental Tag die, and Frost Buds die, the paper ribbon was cut using the Ribbon Maker: Crystal Strand die and Pearl paper.
- A package topper created with the Inside & Out Holiday Tags stamp and die, Ornamental Tag die, and Crystal Charms die.
The details (clockwise from left):
- A package toper made with the new Nordic Tree die and a tag made with the Inside & Out Holiday Tags stamp and die. The gold is striped/fabric ribbon from my stash, and the scalloped paper ribbon underneath was cut with the Ribbon Maker: Large Scallops die and Pearl paper ribbon roll.
- A tag made with the Nordic Birds die (cut on the fold to create a folded tag). Gold snowflake paper ribbon cut with the Ribbon Maker: Crystal Strand die and Gold paper ribbon roll.
- A bowl full of beautiful crystal charms cut from a variety of vellum and iridescent papers using the Crystal Charms and Crystal Charms Jumbo dies.
Let’s dig in with more projects and more details…
First up, some pretty ornaments made with the Crystal Charms and Crystal Charms Jumbo dies.
- Diecut the Crystal Charms and Jumbo Charms from a variety of shimmery materials to mix, match, and build your ornaments. I used some specialty papers from a variety of sources and I’ll link them here. Rainbow Holographic, Opal Metallic, Quartz Metallic, Crystal Metallic, and Rose Gold Mirror from Cardstock Warehouse, Holographic pattern from Amazon, White Pearl Shimmer vellum, and Gold Shimmer vellum from 12×12 Cardstock Shop.
- To create the ornaments, just adhere the charm pieces together, overlapping the small loops. Use as many as you’d like to create longer or shorter ornaments!
- The ornament on the far left was made with the Crystal Charm Jumbo die, the others were made with the smaller version.
- Our new Crystal Sequin mix is perfect for adding extra detail and shine to the diecut crystals.
- The individual snowflake/crystals included in the new Frost Buds die are great for layering over the Crystal Charms as well.
Let’s take a closer look at these tags made with the Crystal Charms and Inside & Out Tags suite. I showed one in the photo of all of the packages above, but I made a bunch of these – so fun!
- The Crystal Charms die is perfect for attaching to the bottom of the Ornamental Tag die. The Jumbo version could work as well, but I felt the size of the smaller version worked better with the size of the tag. The Jumbo version is great for ornaments, though (the charm in the lower left corner was made with the Jumbo die for comparison).
- The sentiments used here are all from the Inside & Out Holiday Tags stamp, cut with the Inside & Out Tags die (you could also cut them individually using smaller die included in the Ornamental Tag die)
- For a great place to attach the crystals, cut the smaller tags upside down so that the hole is at the bottom. Then just use a small brad to attach the crystal charms through this hole.
- The Ornamental Tag die includes a handful of small greenery sprigs, perfect for using as accents, as well as that cute little bow.
Next up, some adorable winter Hey Honeycomb friends to use as package toppers/tags!
- For these package topper tags, I opened up the honeycombs and adhered them in the open position rather than creating an interactive element (I’ll show that version a little later in this post).
- After assembling the snowman, penguin, and polar bears, I adhered them to a coordinating folded base for each, which was created by diecutting on the fold. This is a great place to stamp a to/from sentiment for the tags. I looped some string around the fold at the top so they can be tied onto packages.
- To give them a fun snowy appearance, I used Snow Flock Powder. I’m officially addicted to this stuff! It’s made for trees and such, but I have discovered that it works wonderfully for flocking paper things too! Just mist with water and sprinkle, just as instructed on the package. It has adhesive in the powder, which is activated by the water. So very fun! Tip: Use a stylus or piercing tool to gently scrape the flocking from the eyes before it dries.
- I used some small greenery sprigs as accents, which were cut using the Ornamental Tag die
Next I have several cards to share using the new goodies from our Icing collection! First up is a card that uses the Crystal Charms die…
- Our Twinkle Background die is the perfect back drop for these pretty crystals!
- I topped each one off with a bow, all of which were cut using the Gifts Galore die, with the exception of the one second from the left, which is from the Ornamental Tag die.
- The sentiment used here is from our Scripted Holiday Sentiments set.
- The charms were diecut from a variety of specialty papers for lots of shimmer and shine – the same papers I linked earlier in this post for the crystal ornaments.
Up next is a card using the new Nordic Birds and Frost Buds die.
- Diecut the individual crystals from the Frost Buds die from shimmery cardstock and vellum, then layer them along with some Crystal Sequins for lots of pretty texture.
- Behind the Frost Buds branch I stamped some pine sprigs and berries using the Winterland Layers stamp set.
- The Nordic Bird was cut from some velvet papers (Amazon link), and the wing was also cut from Rose Gold mirror cardstock.
- The sentiment here is from the Scripted Holiday Sentiments set and the front panel was cut using the Nordic Frames die, which is such a great companion for the new Nordic Birds (and remains one of my all-time favorite dies!).
- Add some snow to the branch by using puffy embossing powder (it puffs when heated)
Up next is a card using the new Nordic Tree die. This tree makes a wonderful and generously-sized package topper, but with some simple modification it’s wonderful for cards as well.
- To shorten the tree a bit to fit on an A2 card front, simply nest the tree sections further into each other. The trunk can be snipped apart so that just the bottom portion gets tucked up inside of the bottom section of the tree, adjusting to whatever length you desire.
- The tree here was cut from velvet paper for a pretty flocked look.
- Embellish the tree with some Crystal Sequins and greenery sprigs cut with the Ornamental Tag die. The bow at the top is also from that die.
- To give my background a snowy look I used the Snow Flock Powder, just like on the Hey Honeycomb projects above. Just mist with water and sprinkle with a sifter! I made sure to just mist the top portion so that I could stamp a sentiment along the bottom (the sentiment is from the Four Square Holiday Tags set).
- A Nordic Frame diecut and a few Crystal Sequins finish off this project.
Next up is a different way of using the Nordic Tree die. I used the bottom/largest tree section turned upside down to create a little pocket to tuck some pretty winter greenery.
- I diecut a second tree section from blush cardstock and snipped it in half so that I could use the solid piece as a backer inside my pocket to hide the stems from the greenery.
- The pocket is filled with a Frost Buds branch and some pine sprigs cut with the BotaniCuts Pine Bough die.
- The pine sprigs were flocked with Snow Flock Powder for a snowy look.
- The sentiment used here is from the Inside & Out Holiday Tags stamp, cut with the Inside & Out Tags die.
- The border along the bottom was cut using the Ribbon Maker: Crystal Strand die.
Last but not least, some fun mini enclosure cards created with the new Hey Honeycomb Holiday items.
- I used the Hey Honeycomb Holiday stamp set to stamp all of the sentiments used on these enclosure cards.
- The Holiday Honeycomb package toppers I shared earlier in this post have the honeycomb balls open, but leaving them closed (and combining with the Hey Honeycomb Basics die) allows you to be able to tuck them into some small envelopes.
- The little adhesive stars were cut from double stick foam adhesive sheets using the Hey Honeycomb Basics die. The recipient can peel away the liner to expose the adhesive and secure the honeycomb ball open.
- The little greenery sprigs used here are from the Ornamental Tag die.
That wraps up my projects, but the team has so much more to share with you, plus we have a giveaway of course!
