Hello, friends! I am so excited to be joining you today. These past few months have been hectic around my house. We took on a full basement renovation, due to a massive water leak, and I now have a new craft space! Yay! This is the first project I made in my new room, and I love how the cards turned out.
I started with Autumn Crest Stamp + Stencil set for these cards. I was making a gift of 20 cards for my pastor, so I needed to do a project that would be easy to mass produce. What I did first was stencil the leaves onto a panel, lining the stencil up by matching the left bottom corner of the panel with the same stencil corner. Once I finished stenciling, I lined up the branch stamp in my MISTI. Once stamped, I used another MISTI to line up the crest. The last stamp used was a scripture from Strength For Today stamp set. The Distressed Oxide Colors used were: Victorian Velvet, Crushed Olive, Brushed Corduroy, and Vintage Photo.
I now had my assembly line ready to go, and I got to work. I stenciled and stamped right onto card bases, which helped save on cardstock. I made sure to use the left bottom corner as my stencil guide, and the same corner tucked nicely in the left bottom corner of my MISTIs. I had all 20 card bases stamped and stenciled in under an hour. I decided I wanted a little bit more detail on the leaves, so I finished the cards with a few flicks from a matching color pencil. I think the pencil details finished the cards perfectly.
My pastor helped me a lot this past summer. He prayed with me, and did a summer long bible study with me. These cards are a small way for me to give back to him. He sends cards out almost daily to people in the community, and I’m more than happy to start getting his card stash stocked up.

Wow! These are absolutely stunning. I never think of The Greetery as a product that works Clean & Simple, but I have been wrong!
I am sorry about your forced renovation but glad something good came out of it. Congratulations on your new crafting space. These cards are lovely and timed perfectly for Pastor Appreciation.
These are incredibly lovely!! Angelica, I’m sorry to read about the basement. How awful… but the silver lining is your new craft space. Way to flip a negative!
Your pastor will LOVE using these cards you made! It’s a special gift for and from everyone in the gifting circle.
These are absolutely beautiful! Well done!
Angelica, your cards are lovely. I cannot imagine what you have been through, but thankful you have a personally involved pastor who will appreciate your cards. Congrats on your new space, & love your beautiful cards!
Such a lovely, thoughtful gift, Angelica! I have truly been enjoying your videos from your new craft room. Enjoy every creative moment in your beautiful, new space! 🩷
Clean and simple but beautiful, Angelica! And what a lovely gift for your caring pastor. Sorry to hear about your water leak, but happy for your new craft room. Enjoy!
Wow, what a thoughtful, beautiful gift to give back to your Pastor, with a perfect sentiment. TFS how you created your cards. 😊
Love the sentiment we need that today.
What a fabulous card!!
What a fabulous and thoughtful gift. I know he will love and appreciate them. Lots of holidays coming up. I have been working on Thanksgiving cards this week. Did you happen to see the bracelet stamp and die from Spellbinders? I know you and Vera are huge Taylor Swift fans. Check it out… TFS
What a beautiful way to bless your Pastor. Your situation this summer was not easy, but like others have posted, what a lovely outcome to basement flooding…(I’m reminded of the scripture in Romans 8:28…God works all things for good…including flooded basements=a new craft room).
What a wonderful gift! Your cards are beautiful!
Oh my, Angelica ~ what a beautiful and thoughtful gift for your Pastor! I love the simple design of this beautiful Scripture for a note card! Congrats on your new Crafting space 🙂
