Grateful Greetings Stamp + Stencil and Grateful Greetings Die
Show your gratitude with this jumbo-sized Grateful sentiment, done in a fun swoopy, yet somewhat blocky font. The stencil included in the set can be used to add a fun shadow-effect. There is a great assortment of companion sentiments and few little images that can be used to embellish the sentiment (a berry sprig and a heart).

Hey Honeycomb Spider, Candy, Full Moon, and Pumpkin dies
Earlier this year we released several birthday-themed dies that coordinate with our fun paper honeycomb balls. Now we have some halloween-themed honeycomb dies! Spooky (not really!) spiders, an assortment of candy, a perfectly round pumpkin, and a full moon round out our Halloween Honeycomb collection. Each die has a round space, just perfect for adding one of the 2″ honeycomb balls. So fun for creating cards, tags, and treat wraps with an interactive element. Of course these dies can be used without the honeycomb balls as well, so lots of design posibilities!

Hey Honeycomb Halloween stamp set and Honeycomb Balls Halloween Mix
We’re rounding out of Halloween Honeycomb lineup with a mini sentiment set and a pack of honeycomb balls in a mix of halloween colors. The stamp set is similar to the birthday version we released earlier this year, but with a fun halloween twist, encouraging your recipients to open up the flat honeycomb balls for a spooky surprise!

Let’s get to the projects to see these fun goodies in action…
First up, I have several Hey Honeycomb projects. The assembly of these is just like the birthday versions we released, so you can check out this video how-to for an overview of how the these will work with the Honeycomb Basics die released earlier this year. Super easy to put together!
First up is a card using that cute(?!?!) Hey Honeycomb Spider…
- This card can be created with or without the interactive honeycomb ball element.
- If using the honeycomb ball, combine the spider with the Hey Honeycomb Basics die and the Honeycomb Halloween stamp set to add a bit of instruction for your recipient to open up the honeycomb ball.
- The star was cut using the Honeycomb Basics die and foam adhesive so that the recipient can easily pull off the liner to reveal the sticky foam, which will hold the honeycomb ball open.
- If you’re not mailing or putting the card in an envelope you could always give the card with the honeycomb ball already open.
- For the eyes, cut them from both black and white cardstock. Remove the center circle/eyeball and put a small piece of double-sided tape on the backside of the white diecut, making sure to cover the circle opening with the tape. Inset the black eyeball portion and the double-sided tape will hold it in place.
- Tuck the eyes between the spider base and the spider top layer (or the solid Honeycomb Basics die if you’re using that). This way they won’t interfere with the ball opening.
- I used the swirls from the Hey Honeycomb Candy die as fun accents in my background, and small stars cut from silver glitter paper using the Hey Honeycomb Full Moon die. The A2 Stitched Scallops die is a fun background, cut from light purple cardstock and ink blended with darker purple at the top.
Next up is a super fun card using the Hey Honeycomb Candy die…
- I added shading and details to my diecut candies using Copic Markers, a white pen and some Stickles glitter. Easy to do and adds so much extra depth!
- The black background was hot foiled with our Ticker Tape hot foil plate
- The sentiment here is from our Tear Strip Tags Halloween set, diecut with our Tear Strip Banners die. I heat embossed the sentiment with white onto black cardstock.
- Diecut the candies from red and green for a fun holiday project. Our Honeycomb Balls come in a holiday mix, too! A bright birthday version of this card would be super fun as well, using our Party Mix honeycomb balls.
Up next, our spooky Honeycomb Full Moon die…
- Create layered vellum clouds for a fun background using our Silver Lining die
- The black background was hot foiled with our Twinkling hot foil plate before assembling the card.
- Add a little shading to the yellow moon honeycomb ball by carefully sponging a bit of orange ink using a blending brush.
- The sentiment here is again from the Tear Strip Tags Halloween set, cut with the Tear Strip Banners die.
My last honeycomb project uses the Pumpkin die. This time I went for a fall sentiment instead of Halloween.
- Create an easy background for the pumpkins by diecutting the top edge of a white cardstock panel using the Silver Lining die, and blend with a bit of Tumbled Glass ink.
- The texture behind the cloud panel was done with the new Pierced Plaid plate.
- To fill in around my cluster of pumpkins I used the Garden Tub Filler die, placing some of the pumpkins behind, and some in front. I adhered everything and then trimmed off the bottom solid strip of the Tub Filler die, that way I wasn’t working with any little individual pieces.
- The sentiment here is from the Fall Foodie Phrases stamp set and cut with the matching die.
Next up I have a few cards using the new Grateful Greetings set. This is one that I think I’ll reach for a lot…the jumbo sentiment makes a great focal point and it’s so quick and easy and satisfying! lol!
- The shadow portion of the sentiment is included in the set as a stencil, making it super easy to line up. You can stamp first or stencil first, whichever you prefer!
- The heart and flower cluster are perfect little accents to add around the sentiment, tucking here and there around the letters.
- Add some Stickles glitter to the lines inside the letters for a little sparkle.
- The layered background behind the sentiment was done with the second-to-the-largest arch from the A2 Arches set and behind that is a gray kraft panel pierced with the Pierced Plaid plate.
The Grateful Greetings set doesn’t have to be just for fall! Pair it with florals for year-round cards to express gratitude any time of year.
- For a quick and easy project, diecut some Birth Month Blooms Cuttables to surround the sentiment. Here I diecut the Larkspur using the Birth Month Blooms Q3 die and the Violets with Q1, and Hawthorn with Q2
- Stamp/stencil the sentiment in softer colors for a feminine look.
- I diecut my stamped/stenciled sentiment with the matching die and layered my design over blush cardstock. I heat embossed the “so very” and “for you” sentiments with white embossing powder for a subtle look.
- I didn’t add any glitter, but you could easily add some Stickles to the flower centers and letters for a little sparkle!
That wraps up my projects, but the team has been busy creating projects to share with you too! Read on and hop along with us…
