Hi Greetery friends! It’s Dana here today and I am stopping by to share a birthday card with you all. For my card, I mixed and matched lots of my favorite products from The Greetery. Let’s get started…
I started my card by using the Modern Planters die set to make my pots. I then used the BontaniCuts Wildflower Mix dies to create my blooms. I watercolored the florals and foliage and then assembled the stems and tucked them into my pots.
Next, I used the Wicker Weave stencil set to create my card panel. I trimmed the panel down and attached it to an A2 card base. I then attached my pots with foam adhesive. Lastly, I used the Tear Strips Tags: Birthday stamp set and Tear Strip Banner dies to create my sentiment.
Thanks for joining me today and I hope you enjoyed my card. I love how by just changing the sentiment this card will be perfect for many different occasions.
Enjoy your day,
Dana

So cute! I just bought the Modern Planters dies when it was released. It’s fun to have another layout out for inspiration. Adorable…
Dana, This is a beautiful card!
Your card has gorgeous soft colors! How did you achieve that on the background. Looks like vertical bamboo is yellow, horizontal bits are blue and mounted on yellow background. Was this watercolor also and HOW did you manage to get – nevermind, I think I know. Did you cut it twice, paint one layer blue and another layer yellow then stack them? Genius!
Hi, Mary – it said in the description that she used the Wicker Weave stencil.
Looks like liquid sunshine! Love that you used unexpected colors for the wicker background.
What a beautiful picture your card paints! Lovely colors and those wildflowers have to be one of the most versatile dies! Such a pretty birthday card!
Oh how pretty! Those flowers are lovely.
Sooo cute!
I need to catch up … there are several products here that I should add to my stash. Nicely done!
SWEET WORK, Dana! 😉
Awesome card – l’m going to CASE it!

I love the pastel colors in white pots
Dana, How did you color the stencils? Also with watercolor? The background is beautiful. Lovely card.
Lovely pastel colors; beautiful background; gorgeous card!
The pretty colors on the stencil would also go well with the new beginnings.
A beautifully sweet card for some lucky recipient. TFS
