Garden Tub, Garden Tub Filler, and Greenhouse dies
This fun jumbo garden tub is so fun to fill up with garden goodies! For a quick way to fill the tub, we have the Garden Tub Filler die, which cuts a whole mix of plants in one go, all attached together at the base so it slips right in the slit on the Garden Tub. The Filler die also coordinates with our Greenhouse die, allowing you to fill up your greenhouse with a single diecut – but of course there’s always the option of adding other greens and blooms from your collection!

Petal Pusher Stencil, Petal Pusher Blooms die, & Petal Pusher Background die
Fun, happy blooms are the center of this product collection which features a Background die, stencil set, and Blooms die. The Background die keeps all of the blooms intact, allowing you to use it for more subtle backgrounds, or pop some of the petals up for a more dimensional look. The stencil can be used on its own or to add color to the Background die (they coordinate perfectly!). The Blooms die is also great on its own or can be combined with the stencils or background die. So many options!

That’s all for today’s intros, so let’s get to the projects!
First up are some easy little shaped thank you notes. These were really deceptively quick and easy to put together! I started by diecutting the Garden Tub from white cardstock. I cut the tubs “on the fold” (along the top edge) to create a folded shaped base that I could just tuck a Garden Tub Filler diecut into.
The Tub Fillers were also cut from white cardstock, then sponged with a variety of green Distress Oxide inks using some small brushes so I could more easily change the color of each plant. I also inked up the tubs using shades of grey plus a few dabs of Rusty Hinge for a distressed look. The sentiments were added with the Little Labels set. I think the little handles add the perfect finishing touch!
Next up is a card that again uses the Garden Tub and Filler die. This time I diecut two of the fillers to create a fuller garden. I also pulled out the new Garden Bits and used several of the different white flowers to embellish my greenery.
The background of this card uses a new die called Woven Cane Background that we’ll be showcasing tomorrow – I created a simple white-on-white background using that die, just to add some texture but not distract from my garden. Again the sentiment is from the new Little Labels set.
Next up I have some cute greenhouse-shaped cards! These were super fun to put together using some clear acetate sheets for my card bases. I’ll explain them here, but I’ll also share an Instagram Reel soon, showing how I put them together. I started by just folding an acetate sheet that was the same width as the greenhouse. I diecut two greenhouses from black cardstock and adhered one on the outside, lining up the top of the greenhouse with the fold of the acetate base, then trimmed away the corners of the acetate where the roof angles in.
For the greenery, I again used the Garden Tub Filler die – this time instead of sponging it with ink, I cut several from different cardstock colors. I snipped them apart, leaving a few intact to use as “bases” for assembling my multi-colored greenery. I added the snipped apart pieces to the bases, then adhered them to the inside of my folded acetate (so they are “behind” the glass). I added the second Greenhouse diecut to the inside of my card, lining it up with the one on the outside, just to add a bit of stability and a more polished look on the inside. I also added a strip of black cardstock to the inside of the card, along the bottom. This gave a little added stability and a place to stamp the rest of my sentiment, which is from the Little Labels set. For the labels on these I embossed them with the woodgrain piece from the Create-a-Crate die.
While I was creating these, I thought it would also be fun to create a pop-up easel card using a similar idea. For this one, I sandwiched a sheet of acetate and a Garden Tub Filler die between two Greenhouse diecuts. I adhered this to a card base that was approximately the same size as the greenhouse. Before attaching it, I scored a line on the front of the base, about 1″ from the bottom edge to create the fold for the easel. I adhered my greenhouse to the card base, only adding adhesive below that fold line. This allows you to fold on that scored line so the greenhouse stands up.
On the inside, I added a strip of cardstock stamped with a sentiment set that we’ll be showcasing tomorrow called Way to Grow. This strip is what that front folded flap will catch on and create the stand-up easel. Super simple! To make it more interesting in its stand-up form, I added another Garden Tub Filler diecut to the card front so that it shows when it’s standing up. I also sponged some light blue ink to mimic some blue sky.
Next I have several cards that use the new Petal Pusher suite of products. I had so much fun with these cheery blooms!
My first card uses primarily the Petal Pusher stencil set. The design is broken up into 5 stencils, but using small brushes will allow you to incorporate even more color. I chose shades of pink, orange, blues, and greens. Super easy and fun to stencil!
I started with a panel of white cardstock that was the same overall size of the stencils, with the intention of trimming it down to an A2 (4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″) card front, but I actually loved how the white border looked, so I decided to leave it as is. It’s a bit of an odd size at 4-3/4″ x 6″, but I love how it looks! I can easily tuck it in a 5×7 envelope. Once my stenciling was finished, I did add a few diecut blooms, which were cut with the Petal Pusher Blooms die to some of the flowers, just for some extra layers. The sentiment was done with the Opposites Attract hot foil.
Next I have two cards (actually 3!) with the same exact design, but different color combos. I wanted to do a “warm” and “cool” version. Which one do you prefer? I can’t decide!
For both of these, I started by diecutting the Petal Pusher Background. I then used the Petal Pusher Blooms die to cut the layered flowers from lots of different colors of cardstock. I used the Background die as my guide for positioning the flowers, and just had fun layering and stacking them up. I also used a white pen to add some details to the flowers. The sentiments were done using the Opposites Attract hot foil and matching die. To give the eye a bit of a resting spot, I decided to add a white frame around each as well. I trimmed an A2 panel of white cardstock, then used the largest frame from my Crimped Frames die to cut out the center, using the leftover/outer piece for my frame.
And since I had cut a gazillion of these flowers, I had a whole bunch left and decided to do a rainbow version as well! This time I started by diecutting the Petal Pusher Background from white cardstock, and added flowers in allllll the colors.
Which is your favorite…cool, warm, or rainbow?
My next card uses the Petal Pushers Background and Petal Pushers Blooms dies – I cut so many of the blooms, I’ll be able to create a ton of cards! This time I used the Background die in a more subtle way – it’s great for adding some pretty texture. I used the diecut Blooms to create a big bouquet of flowers.
I added lots of the new Garden Bits to the flower centers and into my bouquet. The sentiment is again from the Opposites Attract hot foil and matching die.
This next card is a much more subtle take on the Petal Pushers product suite. I went for a more muted color scheme this time. I started by diecutting the Petal Pusher Background from a light cream cardstock, then added lots of color using the Petal Pusher stencils. I used a pen to add just a few details here and there to the flowers.
I used a new background die we’ll be showcasing tomorrow called Woven Cane, which I trimmed the corners from to create the angled overlays. In the center, I added a sentiment, which was done with the Tag Team Duo Sentiments hot foil. I also added just a few Petal Pusher Blooms diecuts.
One final card today! This one combines the Garden Tub Filler die with the Petal Pusher Blooms die for a wild and crazy slimline! I pieced together two Garden Tub Filler diecuts from multiple cardstock colors, the same way I did on my Greenhouse cards above. I placed two of them on my card front, one going upwards, and one going down to nearly fill my Crimped Slimline panel.
I added lots of Petal Pusher Blooms diecuts and Garden Bits as embellishments. The sentiment is from the Birthday Blooms set.
That wraps up my projects today, but there’s so much more to see from the team!
