Hi friends! It’s Dana here today and I am excited to be back sharing a card with you all. I am ready for some summertime fruits and vegetables from our local farmer’s market and thought I would use the BontaiCuts Strawberry die set to create a card. I also had to include the adorable Baby Face: Bees for a little added extra fun! Let’s get started…
I started by card by doing a lot of die cutting. I ran the BontaniCuts Strawberries, Baby Face: Bee and the Bushel Basket die through my die cutting machine with white cardstock. I then used finger daubers and dye ink to add color to all of the pieces. Once I was finished, I assembled my strawberries, bees and basket with liquid glue and spritzed everything with a little water.
For my card panel I used the Patchwork die. I love this die for my backgrounds. It has the perfect amount of detail without being too distracting from your card layout. I mounted the panel onto a gingham piece of patterned paper and then attached my images with foam adhesive. Lastly, I used the Buzz-Worthy Sentiments set and matching die for my sentiment.
Thanks for joining me today and I hope you enjoyed my card. Enjoy your day, Dana
