Next, we have a special Give & Make announcement. In the past, we have always always chosen a product (or a few) from our holiday release to give a portion back. Typically it has been through packing shoeboxes for the Operation Christmas Child project. This year we felt led to keep things closer to home. We’ve decided to help our those in Florida who have been impacted by hurricane Ian. For our customers and friends that have lost homes, property, and possibly even loved ones, our hearts go out to you. ❤️
Now through the end of the year, ten percent of the sales of the Peaceful Doves die and Peaceful Doves Details stamp set will be donated to the Samaritan’s Purse Hurricane Ian assistance fund. After the end of 2022, we will continue to donate 10% of all sales of these products, with the funds going towards shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.
Now let’s turn it over to Dana for a fun TGIF…
Good Morning Friends!! Happy Release Day and TGIF! It’s Dana here today and I am excited to be back to share a Christmas card with you all. I am using one of my favorite sets from the New Release, Cooking Up Christmas!
The Cooking Up Christmas set is designed to create one of the fun illustrated recipes you may have seen before. The set includes three stencils, a stamp set and coordinating dies that work together to make a card panel. Though today, I decided to use the set to create a unique layout of my own.
I started my card by using the Cooking Up Christmas dies and stencils to create my images. Once I blended ink onto the die cuts I used the coordinating Cooking Up Christmas stamp set to add the final details to the die cut images. This step really brings the images to life.
Next, I used the Curio: Divider & Details 2 die to create my card panel. I treated each opening in the grid as its own “mini card” using the Cooking Up Christmas stamp set to add details and tie everything together. I also used the Winter Medley Die to create a little extra greenery to fill in some of my boxes. Lastly, I attached my die cut images with foam adhesive to add some dimension to my panel. There are so many possibilities with this set, I know you will love it!
Thanks for joining me today and I can’t wait to see what you create with these amazing new products!!
Happy Release Day,
Dana
Before we call it a wrap, I’ll share this link to our October Lookbooks! So much great inspiration to browse through over and over again…Enjoy!

Thank you, Betsy, for supporting Samaritan’s Purse Hurricane Ian Relief Fund. I live in Fort Myers, and we lost our car in the storm surge. Thankfully, we have good insurance, but our hearts go out to those who have lost everything. The Song of Christmas Release is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for the beautiful things you share with us.
Thank You For Supporting Samaritans Purse Hurricane Ian. I live in Fort Myers and the devastation is surreal. So much loss. It was a nice distraction pouring over the samples of this beautiful release.
First of all, CONGRATS to the winners! 😉 Secondly Dana, you have done a SUPER JOB on your card today! LOVE your use of the Curio Divider & Details Die 2! It DEFINITELY makes it a way to make your creation, YOUR OWN! I recently used this die for our son’s BD Card! (Batman Comic Book!) It was a HIT! 😉

Thank you for supporting relief for those suffering from Ian. It was set to come directly over us (on the coast) but made that right turn quicker than expected and we were saved. My heart goes out to all those impacted – the destruction is monstrous. So many people and places lost.
