Happy Friday! Laurie is here with a yummy project to brighten your day, using a great mix of older and new products. I always love seeing new and inspiring product combos!
Hi there friends! It’s Laurie here, stopping in with this week’s TGIF. I am sure by now you have seen all the new goodies and maybe even received your orders from last week’s amazing Greetery Release. So you will know just how amazing the Botanicuts: Strawberries Dies are first hand. I just love all the detail created by these dies to give us the most beautiful strawberries.
I created a simple little scene using the Create-A-Crate Dies. After cutting out each piece, I cut the back of the crate off, leaving tabs to glue to a Postal Frames Die cut, which I used for my card front This way it still has a little 3D look to it, but it works great for a card front. I tucked in 2 Just Mason Around Jars inside the crate and stamped the “Fresh Picked” Sentiment on the bottom of the crate from the same stamp set.
After die cutting all the greenery pieces, I added in the strawberry dies to that beautiful stem. Using pop dots, I added it to the front of the crate so those leaves and berries have some dimension. I tucked in a few more around the crate and then added in a tag die, from Sentiment Suite Basics, and a sentiment, from Market Basket Sentiments, and finished it off with a twine bow. With foam tape, I secured my card front to a white card base to complete the card!
I hope you are enjoying these Strawberries as much as I am! Thank you so much for stopping in today. Have a great day!

What a sweet card! Love the Strawberries with the crate! Thank you Laurie for the inspiration!!!
Soooo cute!
SO CREATIVE, Laurie! I’ve been working away here with my Greetery Goodies that arrived the other day! It was the Confections dies yesterday. I have a few bowls full of them to work with today. I’m saving “the best” (if you can call them that, as I love it ALL!) for last—the Botani Cuts Strawberries…. That will be TODAY! My thought was to add the Sweets bon-bon’s to the ball jars, but I LOVE your Strawberries with them & the crate! MAYBE, some APOTHECARY JARS will be in the mix in the future for us????? I can see the chocolates & bon-bons in those!!! A SUPER JOB!!! LOVING this release!!! ;)<3
I am loving this strawberry set so much more than I thought I would and this card using the crate is super cute!!
What a scrumptious card! Beautiful way to end the week and start the weekend! Thank you!
The strawberries are beautiful, they will be perfect for so many card-giving occasions 🙂
Love your sweet scene, Laurie ~ how creative!
Wow, what an awesome idea Laurie. I just love how it all came together, perfect for many occasions. The “ Fresh Picked” sentiment is a favorite because it’s versatile and such a nice addition. Happy weekend & Thanks for the inspiration! 😊🍓
What a great use of “old & new” I have been making the strawberries for my sister-in-laws bday card. It’s in February but who doesn’t love strawberries anytime? Love this card and TFS
Cute but should be freshly picked not fresh picked.
Another grammarian here. Agreed. I have the stamp and add the “ly” to that sentiment!
I love it. Nice Ida with the Mason jars.
