I’m excited to share some projects with you!
My first projects uses the Sprinkled with Kindness watering can, filled with Budding Beauties: Summer blooms.
I stamped the watering can using Cracked Pistachio Oxide ink and layered the bouquet over a Crimped Frame die. I also tucked in several eucalyptus sprigs using the new Petite Eucalyptus set – I just love the size of those smaller sprigs. So perfect for bouquet building. I put a Windowpane Plaid panel behind everything just for a little extra interest.
My next projects has a much softer feel. I wanted to mimic the look of an old tin watering can with a bit of rust. I stamped it using Hickory Smoke Oxide ink and sponged just a bit of Rusty Hinge ink onto the edges of the image when stamping to give it a bit of a rusty look.
I filled the watering can with some Petite Eucalyptus sprigs and placed a bouquet of daisies from the Budding Beauties Summer set at the base. Notice the “shiplap” at the bottom below the watering can? I used the Create-a-Crate die to cut those wood planks – I love that the bits and pieces from the Create-a-Crate die set are great for cards as well! The sentiment used here is also from the Sprinkled with Kindness set.
My next project again uses Budding Beauties Summer and Petite Eucalyptus. I wanted to create a one-layer card this time, so I stamped the bouquet of daisies around the outer edge of my panel, and filled in with some Petite Eucalyptus sprigs.
I also created a cute flower crate using the Create-A-Crate die and embellished it with some of the daisies (and also a small flower cluster from a set you’ll be seeing more of tomorrow). Both sentiments on these projects are from the Sprinkled With Kindness set.
Next up is a super summery project that combines several of the new sets with the Lemon Blossom set we released last summer! I still love those lemons, and they look wonderful with the new peaches!
I stamped a soft pink watering can using Sprinkled With Kindness, and filled in around it with lots of juicy, summery fruits. The peaches are of course from our new Print Shop: Peachy Keen set. I added just a bit of stenciling in the background using the Berry Branch stencil. The sentiment is from a new set you’ll be seeing tomorrow. 😊 Such a soft, yet summery card! You could definitely switch out the sentiment to create a summery birthday or anniversary card.
My next ensemble again uses the Print Shop: Peachy Keen set and the Create-a-Crate die. Having both background and focal point options in the Print Shop sets makes them so much fun to play around and create with!
For this one I pulled out my Cozy Cup Coaster die to create the perfect place to put a couple of those pretty peaches. I again used the Create-a-Crate die to create the wood planks at the bottom. Those planks started off as white cardstock, which I sponged with Hickory Smoke and Frayed Burlap inks to give them the perfect rustic look. The matching peach crate was so fun to put together using the Create-a-Crate die. I embellished the front using a sentiment from the Just Peachy Sentiments stamp set, plus a couple of the tiny peaches from that set. The sentiment on the card was done with a combination of Just Peachy Sentiments stamps and dies.
Of course the Print Shop: Peachy Keen set is so fun for creating backgrounds using the stencil + stamp combination. Just like Print Shop: Fresh Floral, they are pretty addicting! 😊
[imagelinks id=”137″]
Here I created the all-over peach panel and layered it over a Windowpane Plaid background, trimming it at an angle, and also splitting it to create an open space for that fun sentiment. The “peach” sentiment was cut from white cardstock and sponged with Oxide inks. I cut the “shadow” portion from vellum for a light, airy look.
The Peachy Keen peaches are just so fun to stamp, I couldn’t stop. I loved playing with different shades and colors. Here I stamped a whole cluster of them in various shades of pinks and corals. I love the slice from the set too – it’s so realistic looking!
To create the background for this card, I cut several of the rails from the Create-a-Crate die, embossed them with the woodgrain embossing detail, and covered my whole card front with them. I just the “just peachy” sentiment from white cardstock three times, stacked them up, and layered them over the background.
One last card for you…this one again using the background builder stencils + stamps from Print Shop: Peachy Keen.
I kept this one super simple. After I was done stenciling and stamping the panel, I diecut it with the largest Crimped Frame die. I kept the outer negative portion and adhered it to my card base, then nested the diecut back inside and popped it up with some foam adhesive. To finish it off I simply stamped a sentiment (from a set you’ll see more of tomorrow!). Super simple and fun to make…and I’m loving the purple and orange!
I had so much fun creating these projects! I hope you enjoyed them looking at them as much as I enjoyed creating them!

Wow… I love it all! Fabulous samples with these awesome new designs!
I really look forward to my annual summer batch of homemade vanilla ice cream. We usually make it on the 4th of July but didn’t do it this year. Still plenty of time. I just have to get the ingredients!
You have the best stencils stamps and dies!
You never cease to amaze, Betsy! I love all the new products and the wonderful projects you made!! Thanks for all the attention to detail in the designing of your products and for all the inspiration!
I love all of Day 1 of your Destination Summer Collection! The best thing about summer is the sun and the cornfields! Can you tell I’m in the country?
Betsy-every release gets better. I don’t know how you do it. I’m so stoked for the new eucalyptus stems as well.
Summer means more fun for the kids…I love seeing their smiling faces!
So fresh and beautiful! I want it all! My favorites are the Sprinkled with Kindness and Budding Beauties sets. All of the card samples are wonderful.

I love the peaches. They are so lifelike I can feel the fuzz.

Beautiful cards! What colors did you use for the Eucalyptus on the single layer card? They look so soft! Please share your color combos, they are always perfect!!
Peachy release. Love the watering can and the crate. I love gardening in the summer.
Wow, so far everything looks wonderful! Today’s projects are awesome!
I love this summery release. The watering can and the petite eucalyptus are my favorite!
What a great release, and it’s only day 1! 🙂 The crate is adorable. I haven’t even inked up my regular-sized Simple Things stamps yet, and a petite version is being released. 🙂
My favorite thing about summer is the easy going feel even though I work full-time year around and don’t usually take any vacations in the summer. 🙂
My favorite Summer thing is walking through the local forest preserve every morning to admire Mother Nature and her beauty!
Love, love , love this summer collection!
I knew I spotted a crate in yesterday’s post! So excited for all of these sets!
Wonderful cards!
These are beautiful! Love the water can!
That Peach and shadow is amazing – I love the font!
My favorite thing about summer used to be boating – power and sail – but I haven’t had the opportunity to do it in many years.

My favorite thing about summer? Vacation! Sitting by the pool, swimming and relaxing to the sound of ocean waves 🙂
After a hot Summer day in Florida nothing is more refreshing than a western sunset upon the water and a Georgia Peach spritzer. Beautiful cards.

My favorite summer thing is a yearly trip to the beach. LOVING this release!
My favourite Summer thing is fresh fruit from our fig, peach and apricot trees. But seeing as we live in the southern hemisphere we have five months or so to wait.
Everything feels so bright and summery! What a terrific new collection. Cheers.
Having fresh cut flowers on the table from my garden is my favorite part of summer.
This really is a fun release and I adore all of your makes for it. I cannot pick just one that I like as I love them all. ♥
Oh my, I was hoping I wouldn’t want anything and I want EVERYTHING!!
Honestly, I don’t have a favorite Summer-thing because I don’t like the hot weather we have here in Florida. However, I love the nostalgic feeling that “summer” evokes…picnics, beaches, 4th of July…reminding me of the summers I spent in New England as a child.
Donut peaches! If you’ve never had them, you’re missing a little taste of heaven right here on earth! Your rusty watering can is fantastic!
I love sitting out on my back deck under the gazebo that we put up in the Spring (we live in the snowy NE so it comes down in October). It feels like a mini vacation especially w a glass of wine at night.
Betsy, I love your peachy keen set. In your video when you switched from your stencils to stamps what ink colors did you use for your leaves, peaches, flowers and stems? I can’t wait to purchase this set!
I love, love, love these products. So pretty and versatile.
What a beautiful collection!!! Just love it!!!
