Happy Friday! Angelica is here today with a couple of super fun birthday cards! Her projects are always eye-popping and these are no exception! Let’s hear all about them…
I am back for another fun The Greetery TGIF project. We can never have too many birthday cards on hand, right? I decided to share a set of birthday cards I recently made with the Christmas Car-A-Van stamp set.

I have been wanting to use this stamp set for awhile. It’s so darn cute, and perfect for my teenage boys. But there’s also another reason why. The Greetery donates $3 per set for the lifetime of the set, to the Samaritan’s Purse charity, which is so instrumental in providing emergency relief during hurricanes and other natural disasters (and is also the parent charity of Operation Christmas Child). Such a cute stamp set for an amazing cause!
The van and presents are multi-step stamps, which I stamped with Distress Oxide inks. I then pulled out my Polychormos pencils and added all the shaded details. I was inspired by a Christmas card that Betsy shared on her blog, back in October. Adding a little extra color in certain places really makes the images come alive! I finished the cards with a sentiment from Sentiment Suite: Birthday Stamp Set.
While I was stamping the above vans, I also stamped a lot of die-cut vans. I made another card, arranging the die cuts into three rows.

Such a simple card to make, and can be used for many different occasions. This card has my boys’ names all over it! I arranged the buses, trimmed the edges with a paper trimmer, and saved the cut-off pieces for a future card. I added a Birthday Suite sentiment to finish the card, die-cutting it with a Sentiment Suite banner.
Thanks so much for joining me today. I hope I have helped inspire ideas for this fabulous stamp set. Until next time, Happy Crafting!
I love that Angelica used this set for her project today! Besides the fact that her projects are just adorable, it also gives me a chance to give an update on our Christmas Care-A-Van Give & Make. As Angelica mentioned in her post, $3 from the sale of each stamp set has been and will be donated to Samaritan’s Purse/Operation Christmas Child. Thanks to your purchases over the past few months, we were able to make a donation to help those who have been affected by the devastating tornadoes in Tennessee earlier this week. Our hearts and prayers go out to those who are hurting there from the loss of life and property. <3 Thank you for your support of this project!

Love Angelica’s colorful cards. So much fun! Thank you for your caring heart Betsy in earmarking proceeds from the sale of this set to help others.
These are so wonderful… I also used the bus to make a bday card for my brother-in-law. I had my bus traveling down the road as they winter in Georgia. He was very impressed with his card which really made my day. I plan to use this one for many more occasions. Thanks to Betsy for this great set!
Love those colorful buses with the cool packages overhead! Angelica never disappoints and neither do you, Betsy. What a wonderful way to share the live and support with those in need. My thoughts and prayers go out to those TN families who lost so much in the devastation.
These are adorable!
I love this set. I made a few cards with this stamp set this winter. I love the van die too. I am trying decide to get either the stencil or the other die to finish the vw van since I messed up and didnt get them. Thank you for working with Samaritan Purse
Super cute cards!!
What a wonderful way to showcase the Care-A-Van! (It’s on my Wish list!) Angelica’s cards are just amazing, including all the colorful details she added, I love them all! Living in Florida, I’m no stranger to hurricanes and their aftermath. It’s a scary experience, especially for children. Thank you Betsy, for giving to such a worthy cause. ❤️🙏
I live only 20 miles from the path of that deadly tornado! My nephew and his family were home when the tornado hit their house. Thank God they are okay, but it was very scary. My nephew had just enough time to grab his baby out of the crib UPSTAIRS and lay over him on the floor. There is a huge hole in the roof and the ceiling collapsed in one of the other bedrooms. All the windows on that side of the house were blown out, too. The room they were in was not damaged. 😀 Thanks to all who have helped or prayed for the victims!!!!
Oh my, Janet – how scary for them! So glad they are ok. What a traumatic experience.
Love the beautiful vans, so fun for birthday ! The colors Angelica used are bright and happy! So happy I bought that set!
